UNION RIGHTS FOR SECURITY OFFICERS
"No issue is too big or too small! We fought companies and improved working conditions, increased wages, and saved many jobs. If it is unfair, URSO fights for your rights!"
ABOUT US
Who we are
The Union Rights for Security Officers (URSO) was founded by Security Professionals who wanted a voice. In 2009 URSO launched as an Independent Labor Organization representing and negotiating in the best interest of Security Professionals.

Our first obligation is to protect the rights of our members. When negotiating with employers, URSO encourages union member participation to develop the best Collective Bargaining Agreement for the site.

We strive to provide excellent customer service, maintain great working relationships, and always be available when needed.
